課堂簡介:這是一種糅合Yin Yoga與Vinyasa Yoga的瑜伽類型,課堂當中,老師將會教授一些既緩慢又深入的髖部伸展姿勢,期間配合一些充滿活力的瑜伽式子,不斷調節呼吸節奏,達致剛柔並重的效果。
程度: 初級 至 適合所有程度

Timothy
Timothy comes from NYC and has been practising for over 10 years. He is grateful to his first teacher, Rebecca Polack. "We called Rebecca the 'laughing yogi' because she brought such humour and ease to the practice. Rebecca also had me doing handstand in my first class and it rocked my world!" Timothy continues to practise and has studied with Patrick Creelman, completing over 300 hours of training in the Anusara Method. By continually coming back to grace and finding ways to offer tenderness, Timothy delights in the integration of yoga on all fronts of his life. With great heart, he brings committed study, ever-evolving knowledge and vast experience to every class.
