免費研習班
每個會館每月定期舉辦內部研習課程。大部分是初學者的程度,用意是在我們內部的老師指導之下,讓練習新手感受各種瑜珈課程。初學者研習課程提供額外的選擇,協助新手獲得最初幾堂課以外的學習機會,同時,每個月我們還提供高階程度的研習課程,幫助許多經驗豐富的學生在練習上獲得更深奧的知識。
