Sip 'n shuck Sundays

Indulge in a languorous afternoon of champagne and oysters

Every Sunday starting 5 November from 3-7pm, chill with our selection of freshly shucked oysters and unlimited bubbly. The oyster menu features these delectable varieties:

Tasmanian (M) Australia
South Pacific oysters are a very healthy food well-balanced in nutrients, easily digestible, and rich in vitamins and minerals.

Smoked Bay (M) Australia
This variety is found in the pristine coastal bay of South Australia, where premium oysters with the finest texture are cultivated.

*
Scottish Rock (M) Scottish
These oysters are cultured in cold, unpolluted waters of Scotland, with shells that are easy to open. Relatively salty, the flesh is plump and firm.

Irish Rock (M) Ireland
Produced in the famous clean waters of Ireland, these oysters are well-cupped, very clean and the meat is rich & full. They are salty/sweet and crunchy in texture.

Fine de Claire No.1 France
The most well-known oyster from France, this variety has a long thin shell with a light-coloured, crunchy flesh.

Kumamoto USA
These oysters are originally from the Kumamoto area of Kyushu, Japan. Rich, almost buttery and slightly salty in flavour, the finish is sweet, mildly fruity and a tad metallic.
