RED welcomes all-new Winter Menu
Given a “health-kick” with low-fat, low-carb, low-calorie creations
With Xmas fast approaching, RED's new Winter Menu with added health-conscious options couldn't be more timely - to start you on a health-kick that will (hopefully) continue into the holidays, or to give you a month of eating right before yuletide gluttony.
Available 13th November, this menu will once again showcase the culinary brilliance of Executive Chef Lee Kin Pong. Appetisers such as the low-fat Blue Crab Meat Tartar with Avocado, Tomato & Mango Salad perfectly tantalise the palate with its balance of sweet and tangy. Mains like the light, fleshy Steamed Halibut Fillet in Savoy Cabbage are high in protein, low in carbohydrates.
New additions to the regular menu include succulent Steamed Tiger Prawns with Truffle Mash & Lobster Butter Sauce and Grilled Orange Roughy Fillet served on Tomato Risotto & Baby Spinach - a must-try for those who appreciate the gentle sweetness of seafood.
RED's most popular dishes remain on the menu - a symphony of flavours in the Spicy Crusted Tuna with Rocket Leaf, Fennel and Olive Salsa as well as the luscious Grilled King Scallops stuffed with Black Truffle.
