Registration
Thank you for your interest in this training.
Please take the time to read through the below information, then fill in the details of the form to complete your online registration.
Online registration will close on Sunday 17 January 2010 at 11:55pm, local Hong Kong time. Your registration will only be confirmed if payment is received before this time.
To confirm your registration
Upon your received registration, you will be sent an email attached with a Payment Form. Both waiver and payment forms must be received to confirm your space.
Please note that registration is not complete until the payment transaction has been authorised by your credit card provider, and Pure Yoga has sent your final confirmation email.
Please contact us at angela.mok@pure-yoga.com if you do not receive any confirmation email after registration.
Waiver of Liability
Registrants of this training must understand that there are serious risks associated with all physical activity and that, when practising yoga, one may suffer minor or serious injury. Registrants must be fully aware of these inherent risks and assume that for all such risks associated with participation in any activities in conjunction with The Pure Group, all employees, Active Interest Media, volunteers, instructors, and agents are exempted from liability.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be made via email to angela.mok@pure-yoga.com. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation. All refunds will be issued within 60 days after the training, and are subject to a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund. No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals, unattended events, and early termination of attendance or no-shows. No refund or credit will be given for cancellation after 13 December 2009.
Discounts
Online registration must be completed on or before Sunday 13 December 2009 at 11:59pm, local Hong Kong time to enjoy early-bird prices.
