to tell us what you thought. Many of our teachers met at 7.30am one cloudy day to film the Pure Yoga DVD. This particular shoot at the film studio was supposed to take no longer than 12 hours. However it lasted more than 18 hours! The teachers were exhausted by the end of the shoot, but everyone had a great time. There were mock yoga competitions between the teachers and fun time in between takes - not to mention nap time also!
