| About Nealy Fischer |
|---|
Nealy began taking yoga classes in 2000 while pregnant in New York City. She was working as a trainer and fitness instructor, and yoga was a wonderful complement to her busy and active lifestyle. The practice of yoga brought along with it so many blessings that Nealy was guided to explore and study the ancient tradition deeper.
She completed her first teacher training in India with Louisa Sear and has since travelled globally to study with John Friend, founder of Anusara yoga. Nealy has also done extensive pre-natal yoga studies with Karen Prior, founder of Mamaste yoga, and is grateful to Julie Tupler of Maternal Fitness for her wisdom and support.
Drawing from her own labour and deliveries, she has been inspired to create a pre-natal programme that prepares women for the journey of labour and motherhood. Nealy teaches with a passion that is fuelled by a deep desire to help her students find joy, beauty and freedom in their lives. In between teaching and travelling, she happily cares for her home while being delighted daily by her 3 little yogis. |
