Yoga
Every morning we will have sun salutation and stretching, followed by pranayama , meditation and relaxation. Afternoon practice will be dynamic, advanced, informative and at different venues. We will have an interactive session after each practice, where we can share our feelings, thoughts and ideas – a forum for counselling amongst ourselves.
