Daily outdoor asana practice will take place in different locales –– by the river, in a temple or garden, pool-side, etc. and evoke a strong sense of Indian yoga culture.

Tiruchirapally, locally known as Trichy, is the fourth biggest town in Tamil Nadu state in the southern part of India. It is a fine blend of tradition and modernity built around Rock Fort. It is situated beside the Kaveri River and also enriched by several churches. The main attraction of the town is Rock Fort Temple. What a rare opportunity to explore Yoga practice in the arena of Tanjore Temple, a stone temple over 1,000 years old, full of architectural beauty and representing the Chola Dynasty The city is a thriving commercial centre and famous for artificial diamonds, cigars, handloom cloth, glass bangles, wooden and clay toys.
