This retreat requires a minimum of 15 participants.

Refunds/Cancellation:
· No refund or credit for cancellation after payment for the retreat is made.
Travel & Flights:
· You must arrange your own travel to Bangkok. You may need to stay overnight in Bangkok before meeting the group on 30 April for the flight to Paro. Please book early to get a flight.
· Bangkok is a city of Thailand. When you check flight schedules, look for Suvarnabhumi
Bangkok Airport (BKK).
· Direct flights to Bangkok are available from Hong Kong.

· Air tickets DO NOT include Travel Insurance, which we highly urge you to purchase
· Flights and times are valid only on the dates and times shown
· Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable and non-refundable
· No change of flight or date is allowed
Visa Entry & Requirements:
· All visitors to Bhutan must have visa approval prior to arrival, except for travellers from India, Bangladesh and Maldives.
· In order to ensure your successful visa application, Pure (Travel) Ltd. will book the air ticket from Bangkok to Paro and apply the visa through a Bhutanese operator for you.
· Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the day you arrive in Paro.
· You visa application will be submitted only upon full payment for the retreat package with air ticket is received.
· Pure is not liable for any illness, delays or costs resulting from your failure to meet these requirements.
· Travel visa is not required for Hong Kong SAR passport holders for a stay not exceeding seven days.
