Class description:Relax and pamper your tight and tired muscles in a mildly heated room. Postures are held for a longer period of time to create deeper opening of our bodies safely. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga practice over the years has made Jing more familiar with her body and understand life better. She believes that with yoga, it is possible to lead a richer, more colourful life - rather than a monotonous, boring one.

You don't need to care about your height or your weight, or use age as an excuse. It couldn't be simpler - if you just take the first step, together we can come face to face with a different world.

2006--40 hr. Ashtanga T.T. with David Swenson
2007--30-hr. Anusara immersion with Desirée Rumbaugh
2008--200-hr. T.T. with Patrick Creelman
2010--Lady Niguma's Chakra series with Geshe Michael Roach


Philosophy
