Class description:A static practice of long hold asana varying from class to class teacher to teacher with all kinds of poses, pranayama exercises, chanting, meditation and mindful relaxation. The intensity is graded by levels 1 - beginner; 2 -mixed/ intermediate; 3 - advanced

Wendy

Wendy
Wendy's love for movement came at a young age, from gymnastics to snowboarding with many other sports in between. Injuries were always a part of her life, as was learning to heal them. Yoga was the great friend and tool to help with the healing process. After retiring from professional snowboarding, Wendy continued with her love for teaching by pursuing the path of a yoga teacher. Her Yoga practice has been influenced by many of her teachers from Baron Baptiste of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, to Sarah Powers of Insight Yoga, to Vishva Ketu of Akhanda Yoga, also founder of Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram.

Wendy is originally from Whistler, Canada but spent many years living and teaching in California, and has happily resided in Hong Kong since 2006. She teaches an uplifting Yin and Yang vinyasa practice with emphasis on a healing and creative self-expression.
