Dylan
|
Dylan had the good fortune to be introduced to Yoga and Zen meditation in 1988. Over the last 20 years, he has called upon the practice to engage the body, still the mind and study the soul. Lifelong interests in Asian philosophy, religion and poetry have inspired him to leave American soil and live all over Asia since 2001. During one year in India, he encountered Vijay Amar, who introduced him to Ashtanga Yoga and trained him to teach. Since then, he has been lucky enough to study under some of the world's senior Ashtanga teachers.
Dylan now spends most of his year travelling throughout Asia and Europe, and teaching Ashtanga with a focus on meditative and internal alignment. He is delighted to have the pleasure to work with Hong Kong's Ashtanga Sangha. |
