Chris has been teaching at Pure Yoga since 2009. He teaches group classes in hatha yoga, hot, hot flow, yin yang, ashtanga vinyasa, but also devotes extra time to help students with musculoskeletal imbalance, physical posture problems and misalignment, and weak core stability. This dedication is rooted in his passion for the study of the human anatomy and science of biomechanics. Offering additional guidance and teaching students privately allows him to solve the individual's posture problems more effectively with the science and techniques of Pilates and therapeutic yoga, as well as the use of light equipment. His fervent interest in anatomy and physiology also inspires him to advance his education and training in this area. With all this accumulated knowledge, Chris looks forward to spreading the word on hatha yoga's beneficial impact on the structure and functions of the human body.
