I first stepped onto the yoga mat in 2002 and fell in love with yoga immediately. Yoga changed my life physically and spiritually. Becoming a yoga teacher with the opportunity to share what I learn with my students is a truly beautiful thing. And it makes me happy to see them growing with the newfound knowledge. Since teaching, I've become more patient and observant about various personalities, cultures and situations. I love that my students enjoy the yoga practice and have fun, which gives me great challenge and satisfaction.
