Class description:Relax and pamper your tight and tired muscles in a mildly heated room. Postures are held for a longer period of time to create deeper opening of our bodies safely. Suitable for all levels.

Ivy

Ivy
Ivy began her career as a physiotherapist in 2002 but soon recognised neither conventional Western medicine nor physiotherapy provided an all rounded solution to most ailments.

The moment she stepped onto the yoga mat, she realised she'd found the perfect complement to current treatment options so she actively studied yoga, meditation, together with other therapies including craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and neural manipulation.

It wasn't until she met Sri Dharma Mittra and Andrei Ra Om did she start to experience yoga as a self-realisation journey. She immersed herself deeply into the dharma yoga lineage and was certified under Dharma Mittra in 2013. Ivy also has profound reverence for Desiree Rumbaugh, Carlos Pomeda, and many anonymous wonderful beings, who have inspired and assisted her along the way.

Ivy finds her yoga practice and therapy background complement each other very well and makes it her goal to help her students uncover their innate self-healing power.
