Class description:A condensed version of the Hot 1 class. A set sequence of basic poses, taught in a heated room. Excellent for developing strength, balance and flexibility while toning, detoxifying and relieving tension. Ideal for beginners.

Cathy
For Cathy, yoga is a life-transforming journey of self-realisation. Yoga practice has inspired her to grow mentally, physically and emotionally.
Because of such a positive personal experience, she wants to help, serve and love others through her yoga teaching. She would also like to dedicate her love and thanks to fellow colleagues and teachers - Master Kamal, Michel Bersnard, Samantha Russell, Samrat and Helene. She is immensely grateful and thankful for the opportunity to join the Pure Yoga faculty and will contribute nothing less than 100% towards her teaching and her practice.
