| Advanced |
| This advanced asana practice gives students an opportunity to reach beyond level 2 classes. Students will explore a deeper asana experience and work towards more demanding postures. Previous level 2 yoga experience and solid understanding of asana is a must! |

| The classical form of power yoga as taught in its traditional sequence. Combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Shortened Primary and Finishing sequences. |
| Ashtanga 2 |
| The classical form of power yoga as taught in its traditional sequence. Combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Ashtanga 2 completes the Primary and Finishing sequences. Students must have previous Ashtanga or Power Yoga experience. |
| Ashtanga Full Primary Series |
| The Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga is called Yoga Chikitsa (meaning yoga therapy). It re-aligns the spine, detoxifies the body, and builds strength, flexibility and stamina. Best for steady and consistent practitioners of Mysore style. |
| Back Care Yoga |
| This class is designed to strengthen the muscles of the back to prevent us from getting injuries through fast and repeated movement.
The postures are simple and this class is ideal for beginners. |
| Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga |
| This style of practice emphasises being authentic and present about your practice, as well as about your life. You will learn the tools that allow you to be in the now and be truthful about yourself and your life -- be ready for a physical and mental transformation! The room temperature is kept at approximately 37°C and a sequence of linked postures is introduced one after another. This style of yoga is suitable for anyone who prefers a strong, challenging practice. Although this class is meant to be testing at times, each individual is encouraged to go at their own pace and Child's Pose is always welcome as a way to have a physical rest in between poses. |

| Beginner's Workshop: De-mystifying Ashtanga |
| Have you always wanted to try an Ashtanga class but didn't know enough about it? This workshop sheds light on the mystery with explanation on what Ujyaii, Bhandas, and Drishti are. Poses are broken down between Vinyasa with a focus on how to link the breath together to make a sequence flow. |
| Beginners Back-bends : Opening Your Heart |
| In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to go deeper into the practice of backbends. Those who struggle with backbends will be given tools to target and work on the areas of restriction, and those who would like to go further into the practice will have the opportunity to explore new dimensions of backbending. |

| Bollywood is India's coolest, funkiest, most popular genre of music, derived mostly from the flamboyant Indian films – while Fusion is the free style of choreography for these fun-filled songs. And so, Bollywood Fusion is born! It's Fusion because the dance has elements of both Indian and Western moves. Level 1 is for all, even absolute beginners. Level 2 is more challenging, so it's recommended for those who have attended at least 10 classes of Level 1. |

| Dharma Yoga |
| Dharma yoga is based on the Shiva Namaskara Vinyasa flow, a series created by Sri Dharma Mittra specifically designed to strengthen and purify the entire system. Following the vinyasa portion of the class, participants go through a specific series of stationary poses. Each class also includes breathing exercises, chanting, deep relaxation, meditation and a brief philosophical discourse. Dharma yoga is designed for students to practice easily and make rapid progress towards the ultimate goal of yoga. Students new to the style can expect a concentrated yet playful practice space, rooted in the foundational principle of yoga: ahimsa, or non-violence. Students are encouraged to come to the practice free of expectations, without any sense of competition or judgment. |
| Dharma Yoga All Levels |
| This mixed-level class is open to any level of practitioner. Directions are given to each student according to his or her capacity, with personal corrections offered when needed. | Dheesan |
"Dheesan" in Sanskrit means to be granted with intelligence.
This intense practice is designed to improve your flexibility, strength, endurance and most importantly, intelligence. The focus of this class is not the postures but the steps towards them. A flow of sub-basic postures will take you to some exhilarating advanced postures, including intensive twists, backbends and inversions. Directed to think for each pose, you will progress to find your own way to the postures, from basic alignment to refinement.
A series of deep stretching exercises will open up your major joints and release accumulated tension in muscles and emotional blockage. The dynamic nature of this class will also elevate your mood and refresh your mind. This class challenges students to stretch their limit and remove fear. |
| Forrest Yoga |
| Forrest Yoga is an inspiring, grounding and healing yoga practice that through intelligent sequencing, builds flexibility, strength and integrity. The practice is an intensely physical and internally focused practice that is guided by the use of breath and core exercises, encouraging you to find a deeper connection with your physical and emotional body. This class is conducted in a slightly heated room. |
| Freestyle Dance |
| Evolving from the disco era, this dance focuses on choreography that is used often with today’s pop music – stylish, rhythmic, energetic and an excellent cardio workout. The steps are easy to follow and shed light on current dance styles, fusing moves from modern jazz and hip hop. Beginners’ classes are open to all levels, while the advanced sessions are more challenging and recommended only for those who have attended at least 20 beginners’ classes. |
| Full Moon Meditation |
| Extraordinary spiritual energy surrounds us during the five-day period around the full moon. This is the time to gain a clearer sense of the plan in the evolution of humanity, and to recognise where each of us can make a difference in this great plan. | Hatha 1 - Niguma's Chakra Series |
| Lady Niguma is a woman yogi from India who lived a thousand years ago. She taught a special kind of yoga which removes the stress and trouble of modern working life at the same time that it keeps us young and fit.
Geshe Michael Roach introduced her yoga and how it works to our teachers through the Lady Niguma Yoga Series Teacher Training in order to spread her knowledge and bring the benefits of this practice to our students

| Hot Stretch |
| An energising and relaxing class of doing postures in a heated room. It comprises Sun Salutation and core work that prepare the body for stretches in the hamstrings, hips and the back. Ideal for all levels of practitioners. |
| Hot Yoga Therapy |
| Yoga-chikitsa (Sanskrit) or Yoga therapy is a wonderful tool, with which you can take a look inside yourself – then reach out for help and correct all the flaws that you see.
Yoga therapy is that facet of the ancient science of Yoga that focuses on health and wellness for all levels of students.
Since all asanas will be sitting and lying-down postures, students won’t get tired and can sweat out toxins in the moderately hot temperature.

| One-hour class with Semi-Classical choreography that is graceful, animated and artistic. This type of dance involves lots of hand gestures, eye and neck movements, which helps to improve co-ordination. |
| Indo Hip Hop |
| Hip Hop in Indian style, with a blend of cool and yo hip hop moves with indian moves set to Indian songs which are predominantly hip hop based. This class is designed for all levels as it concentrates on perfecting moves by way of practice of each step in varied speeds and also only a part of each song will be taught to facilitate students to learn at a easier pace. Its fun and gives a wonderful workout to the whole body. |
| Jivamukti |
| Jivamukti: "Jiva" - individual soul; "Mukti" - liberation. The word Jivamukti is derived from the Sanskrit word Jivanmuktih ("liberation while living"). Jivamukti is a yoga method established by David Life and Sharon Gannon that aspires to greater peace, unity, environmental awareness and karma consciousness. Ahimsa, one of the five tenets of Jivamukti, encourages all to avoid harm and violence; it ultimately manifests the sacred notion of oneness in all beings. A Jivamukti yoga class is a physically vigorous and intellectually stimulating practice that combines chanting, asanas, breathing exercises, music, meditation, and devotional study through simple scriptural readings. |

| It's the traditional (Classical) dance originating from Andhra Pradesh, South India. Like ballet, the syllabus is fixed and everyone learns individually, and at their own pace. It's a personalised group class. All levels are welcome. |
| Kundalini |
| Kundalini yoga is a very powerful, yet equally accessible kind of yoga. In every class we will do something called a kriya – a series of postures that have been put together to reach a specific goal. It can be kriya for strengthening the navel centre, kriya for improving the digestion, etc. Every class finishes off with a meditation. These meditations can also be very different, with some including mantras, some comprising mantras and pranayama, and others combining mantras and movements. There are approximately 2,000 different kinds of meditations in kundalini yoga. This practice delves deeply into strengthening of the mind. All levels. |
| Laughter Yoga |
| Laughter Yoga (LY) is an interesting and unique concept, bringing laughter to everyone. | Mysore |
| The traditional method by which Ashtanga Yoga is taught in Mysore, South India. Students are individually and gradually taught the Primary Series of Ashtanga until they are able to practice the sequence from memory. When Primary Series is complete, Intermediate Series then follows. Class is open to anyone interested in learning this method. Students may arrive anytime within the first hour of the class. |

| With a partner, you can learn how to practice postures in a whole new way! Join this class and have fun learning about your own practice by helping someone else with theirs! | (Sanskrit definition: sat = true, sanga = company) Satsang follows in the Jnana Yoga tradition, the yoga of knowledge. Satsang is a gathering of like minds, students & teachers, coming together to discuss all things Yoga. The gathering consists of listening to, talking about, and assimilating the depths of Yoga in all its many forms - including everything from ancient texts to the latest developments in quantum physics. During a satsang, participants are encouraged to ask questions, share their experiences, and delve into how yoga impacts life in the modern world. Satsangs may contain elements like lectures, films, meditations, pranayamas, and chants. It's a great opportunity to join and build the yoga community. All welcome! |
| Satyananda Yoga |
Suitable for total beginners, those new to yoga and/or students wishing to progress more slowly and peacefully.
This class is an introduction to the holistic system of Satyananda Yoga®. The aim is to create a nurturing environment in order to experience yoga non-competitively for overall physical, mental and emotional well-being. Students learn the basic principles for cultivating a deeper sense of self through awareness, releasing energy blockages and tension in the body and mind – using yoga postures, breath work and relaxation. Includes basic Om chanting, a mini Yoga Nidra relaxation and learning the sun salutation sequence. |
| Satyananda Yoga Meditation, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra |
All welcome! Progressive course element encouraged but not essential. This class encompasses simple Om chanting to create mental peace and tranquillity, pre-meditation asana preparations, step-by-step guidance in the classical Satyananda Yoga® meditation techniques, a 30-minute Satyananda Yoga Nidra ® relaxation and Pranayama instruction. |
| Sivananda Yoga |
| A gentle class, ideal for beginners, that focuses on sun salutations, the 12 basic Shivananda postures and a final deep relaxation. The basic asanas in the Shivananda sequence are traditional postures that have been practised for centuries. Relaxation or yoga nidra is an essential part of this style. It allows the body and the mind to release unnecessary tensions and to integrate the benefits of the physical practice. At the end of the session, you feel re-charged and inspired. |
| Slow Flow |
| A class where we will focus on holding longer, deeper breaths to create a greater opening of the body, a keener sense of stilling the mind, thus allowing the poses to be the meditation as we truly cultivate our breath. |

| Universal Yoga |
| The Universal style of yoga (USY) is based on the knowledge of the human structure and universal rules of modifications of this structure. According to the traditional idea of yoga, a human being consists of seven bodies, called shells or maya koshas. These shells, or forms, are called organic, power, psychic, mental, spiritual, causal and absence of form -- or Formlessness. The goal of the USY is to achieve harmony and balance within each shell, between the shells, and between the human being and the outer world. To develop and refine these shells, USY uses a diversity of practical exercises. One may practise the exercises pertaining to each shell separately; however, to speed up the process, USY combines various elements of different exercises that create a simultaneous impact on several shells. |
| Upside Down |
| Turn your world upside down! This workshop-based class helps students to explore and improve their inverted poses. The class will focus on alignment and techniques for headstand, handstand, forearmstand and shoulderstand. A regular Level 2 practice is recommended prior to attending this class. | Vinyasa 1 |
| Vinyasa translates as flow with breath. There are several traditions that loosely fit into the vinyasa category. Postures are linked in a flow and provide some aerobic components while improving strength and coordination. Yoga experience and knowledge of basic postures is recommended. |
| Vinyasa 2 |
| An intermediate level sequence of Vinyasa yoga postures. This class introduces deeper postures, balancing postures, and inverted poses. A regular Vinyasa 1 practice is recommended prior to attending this class. Not for beginners. |
| Vinyasa Flow |
| In this class we will ride a pulsing current of energetic and playful yoga postures sequenced together creatively to help us move into the rhythm of our breath and our bodies. Not for beginners. |

| Wild Lotus |
| For advanced practitioners.The anusara-inspired class is the most advanced practice of the week. Be prepared to walk into wild, uncharted lands within your own practice. Students should be able to perform urdhva danurasana (wheel pose) with straight arms, and kick into handstand against the wall without assistance. Not for beginners. |
| Yin |
Exploring the body's subtle energies with long, deep stretching that focuses on the connective tissues of the body, and cultivates a peaceful and meditative mind. Ideal for all levels. |
| Yin & Pranayama |
| This class cultivates the foundation for a seated practice. It combines some basic breath-work to centre the mind with very meditative yin poses to fuel the subtle energy flow. Students will be able to feel the poses on an energy level and benefit from the deep relaxation of the practice. All levels are welcome. |
| Yin-Yang |
| This class blends the elements of yin & hatha yoga. The class begins with basic asana to promote circulation (prana/energy), then shifts to deep, long, holding poses to affect the connective tissues of the body, and cultivate a peaceful and meditative mind. Ideal for all levels. |
| Yoga Balance |
| Most of us suffer from problems of asymmetry and imbalance. The irregularity and imbalance creates a lot of strees and strain on our body. At times, it also leads to injury, pain or just simply discomfort. Yoga Balance helps you to create symmetry throughout the body by training you to be strong, flexible and balanced. It also finds equilibrium between the urge to push, control and be assertive with the impulse to yield, submit and be passive. Includes asana practice, concentration and meditation technique. Suitable for beginners. |
