Wendy's Tips
| Practice truthfulness in your practice. This means have a real honest approach to your body's abilities. Give yourself the space to try something new, but also honour where you at.
| Always move from your center, this means move from your center of your spirit, but also your physical body. Start your movement from your core, heart and spine. Then move outward.
| Practice your yoga on and off your mat, live your yoga in your real outside world, not just in the safe space of the studio.
