Anna L's Tips
| Work on your alignment and discover how much easier the pose becomes. Continue to be diligent about your alignment so you don't fall into bad habits like overworking the parts of you which are already strong and flexible and under-working the parts which are weaker or tight.
| Practicing with a friend can create a more relaxed atmosphere that can make the whole experience easier and more fun. And having the moral support of a yoga partner can encourage you to be a bit more brave than when you're on your own.
| Cultivate playfulness in your practice. Bringing curiosity, lightness and self acceptance into your practice can have a huge impact. Make peace with the poses which frustrate you, rather than fighting to master them.
