Jennie
|
Jennie started her path to yoga one year after she moved back to Hong Kong from Toronto in 2002. She has been practising hot yoga ever since and finding that it not only improves her health, but it's also increased her inner awareness with body and mind. She realises that awakening this divine energy is a lifelong process and requires integrating yoga outside the studio into her daily life - to practise yoga as a way of life. It is yoga that has led her to live a balanced, healthier and happier life. Jennie considers every teacher, teachers' teachers, students, family & friends as her teachers.

Jennie's Tips
| Be honest about where you are in the moment, have patience, breathe and let your body unfold. Recognise that the attidude and practices you use to release the resistance in your hamstrings can help you let go of other unwanted tension in your life.
