Rinat

Rinat
Originally from Israel, Rinat has been living in Hong Kong since 2001.

Two years later in 2003, she was introduced to yoga at Pure Yoga. Rinat finds yoga a profound experience for both body and soul. "Yoga is my second childhood within a grown-up body, a sense of wild adventure combined with an adult wisdom."

Off the mat, Rinat is a proud mother of 4 and works in the marketing field in the diamond industry.

Rinat is a graduate of Pure Yoga's first Teachers Training Programme and is grateful for the opportunity to share her love of yoga with others.

Rinat's Books

The day lasts more then a hundred years
Chingiz Aitmatov
A novel that takes place over a course of a day, the rail man Barranyu Yedigei is on the road to bury his late friend, Kazangap. Throughout the trek, Yedigei recounts his life and personal history along with pieces of Kazakh folklore. A breathtaking description of landscapes and emotions all mixed together.

Life of Pi
Yann Martel
A young boy shares a lifeboat with a fully grown Bengal tiger named Richard Parker - how hilarious can that be? This book is simply extraordinary and has something to say about life from a different angle. It is strange, fascinating and so remarkable that it makes you believe that indeed there is something bigger than we know…

Three Men in A boat (To say nothing of the dog)
Jerome K. Jerome
Three friends decided to take a trip on the river (the Thames) for the good of their health - to 'restore the mental equilibrium'. It is a 'laughing at oneself without pointing out stupidity'. An examination of human nature together with so many amusing moments…

Rinat's Tips

Handstand - the mood changer posture. Give it a try!

Take it easy - what's not happening today will happen tomorrow or the next day…

Always look on the bright side, the cup's half full - divert and use your energy for the positive angle and let go of all the rest, it isn't worth it.

Find occasions to laugh at yourself.
