Angel

Angel
Born in Taipei, Angel started Hatha yoga at the age of 18 because of her mom.

Being younger at the time, she found it difficult to calm herself down and always thought of yoga as just another workout to shape the body. So with her always-on-the-go personality, she taught aerobics for five years until she discovered Ashtanga yoga when she was 25. It was only then that Angel began to see and experience yoga in a brand new way, and as she grew more mature, she was finally able to calm herself down and really start to practise.

Angel sees yoga as her life, as her "everything". It brings balance and happiness to her body、mind and soul. Her greatest enjoyment comes from sharing asanas and the practice of yoga with others. She believes yoga to be a practice for life and that it's important to start with the basic asanas correctly, just like building a solid foundation for a house.

"Only if you are strong will you stand tall. With a slow and steady practice, along with determination and perseverance, we can overcome any challenging poses and any difficulties in life."
