Monica

Monica
Monica discovered yoga in 2004 while she was working as a credit analyst in the banking world. Integrating yoga practice into daily life not only strengthens Monica's physical body, but also brings lightness in her mind, improves her hot temper, softens her heart into peace and harmony, and enables deeper connection to her heart and life.

Monica gives thanks and bows to all her teachers - especially Stephen Thomas, Ana Forrest, Victor Chng and Patrick Creelman whose guidance has allowed her to grow in the path of yoga. She has completed the Pure Yoga Teacher Training by Stephen Thomas, Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training by Ana Forrest & Jonathan Bowra, and Yin Yoga Teacher Training by Victor Chng. She considers teaching to be an extension of personal practice and is grateful for the opportunity to share her love of yoga with others. Besides yoga practice, she loves travelling, photography and modern dance.
