Vagish's Tips

(1) Asanas - Never force the postures. Be gentle, push a little bit, feel the sweet pain, but listen to your body and do not cross its limits. Eventually the posture will work for you and you feel relaxed and open.

(2) Pranayamas - Whatever the Pranayama you are learning, always focus on making your breath long and deep. It will purify your system, particularly where you accumulate stress and negative force.

(3) Meditation - Meditation is the maturity of your Yoga practice and your life experiences. Be very patient in learning Meditation. Choose one technique that you find most helpful like Vipassayna (focus on the breath) or Awareness (focus on life experiences). Devote a fair amount of time to it and practise regularly. You will soon become more positive, focused, centred, light and happy.
