William can still vividly remember his first padmasana taught to him by his Indian neighbours in Malaysia when he was just a young boy. It wasn't until a knee injury in 2004 that he started practising yoga regularly. Since then, he's never looked back and yoga has become an integral part of his life. Yoga has helped him find balance in all aspects of his life.
William's passion and determination to deepen his practice and understanding of yoga has led him to teacher trainings in India and Hong Kong, and also workshops by world-renowned yoga teachers like Desirée Rumbaugh, David Swenson, Shiva Rea, Cyndi Lee, Andrey Lappa, and Aadil Palkhivala just to name a few. Through his own teachings, he hopes to share and transform this collective knowledge into helping everyone enjoy the benefits that yoga brings to one's life. |
