Nitai
|
Nitai was born in a family of Vaisnavas and was given his spiritual name Nityananda Rama Das. He grew up traveling between ashrams and temples of the ISKON movement. Although Yoga was infused into every part of his life, it wasn't until the age of five that he was exposed to Hatha Yoga, and was later trained by Sravaniya Di Pecoraro. His teaching approach is simple, clear and compassionate, encouraging students to do yoga as a joyful participation in life, not some state of attainment. Nitai Rama teaches Hatha and Hot yoga in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Nitai's Tips
| Keep it simple. There's a lot of technical stuff out there and it's easy to get lost, overwhelmed and discouraged.
| No pain, no strain. Never do anything that you're uncomfortable with. It doesn't have to be a struggle, but it shouldn't be easy.
| Diligence with detachment. Constant effort, discipline and steadfast in all pursuits. Detach from the fruits of the work.
