|
William was born in Taitung, in eastern Taiwan, and he has been teaching physical fitness for over a decade. He was first introduced to yoga at the age of 30. Later he began to participate in teacher training and started practising yoga regularly practice. But even after practising for some time, he still felt anxious and couldn't find his focus. He couldn't concentrate on the more profound elements of yoga. Yoga bored him. That all changed when he began practising Ashtanga. William began to realise this powerful type of yoga involves working with both your body and mind, making the union between quietness and movement. And to be honest, he just enjoyed working up a sweat! So William went to Koh Samui, Thailand to learn how to be a yoga teacher.
While practising yoga, William found he also enjoyed playing his favourite music. He enjoyed following the tempo and the beat of his own breath, enjoying the way body and mind combined. William finds this helps him know his own body and look into his heart. Now he feels his heart has been touched by yoga and he is ready to share this amazing experience with others. Are you ready to get started?
