Corey's Tips
| Yoga Asana are supposed to be offerings. Consider including the 8 limbs of yoga to your Asanas.
Ahimsa (Non-violence): Don't hurt others or yourself.
Santosa (Contentment): Work with what you have on the day of practice.
Satya (Truthfulness): Stay true to your ability in your daily practice.
Tapas (Discipline): Stay focused and pay attention to your posture, eating habits and breathing to build up the Tapas (Internal Fire) that burns all impurities.
