Requirements
Students who are interested in participating should bear in mind that this will be a demanding programme. It will require a strong personal commitment, as well as the support of the studentˇ¦s primary support network. Please note that trainees must enter the course with some established Ashtanga practice. All practising yogis are welcome to apply, but those accepted will undertake establishing knowledge and practice of Ashtanga before the course begins. Pure offers a variety of Ashtanga intensives, workshops and regular classes designed to build your practice. Please speak with Dylan should you wonder how this applies to you.
Interested students must:
- Undertake a regular Ashtanga practice, familiarising themselves with the first half of Primary Series before the Teacher Training begins
- Have a deep desire to learn and personally explore the deeper dimensions of yoga
- Have a minimum 12 months of regular yoga practice
- Be free of major injuries going into the programme
- Have a coachable attitude and follow codes of conduct for the programme
- Be fully committed and understand that 100% full attendance is required
- Be willing to forgo most other personal or professional commitments for the duration of the training
- Submit a brief 250-word essay on the online application form describing "Why I want to teach yoga" or if you do not intend to teach:"Why I want to take this training"
Throughout the training, we highly recommend you adopt a vegetarian diet as part of the yogic lifestyle.

- Your submitted application will be processed and reviewed immediately.
- You will be notified of approval by phone/email within 3-5 working days.
- Once approved, you will also be sent a confirmation email with further details about deposit / payment and how to prepare for the programme.
