Earth Yoga Every first Saturday morning of the month Singapore Botanic Gardens 8am – 10am
Yoga is all about being at one with the world. So naturally, one of the best ways to refresh your yoga experience is to take your practice outdoors.
Being outside adds a different dimension to your practice as you relax, revitalise yourself and reconnect with nature during an uplifting, energising morning session. Share in the practice of yoga while resting in the warmth of rising and balancing energy. Fusing yoga with the tranquility of the nature is a great way to escape stress, invigorate the body and nurture the soul.
The classes will be held at Singapore Botanic Gardens, and involve a mixed-level asana practice, followed by pranayama breathing exercises, meditation and chanting where breath connects with movement. The sessions are recommended for any student who has prior yoga experience.

Please gather at the large field (overlooking Swan Lake) 15 minutes before the event for orientation.
Advance booking required - participants are to register at Pure Yoga Ngee Ann City or Pure Yoga Chevron House. Limit 35 participants on a first-come-first-served basis. Please bring your own mats.
