Pure Complimentary Workshops
Internal workshops are held regionally in all studios, each and every month. Mostly, they are beginner levels aimed at giving the novice practitioner a feel for various yoga styles under our in-house teachers’ guidance. While beginners’ workshops offer extra attentiveness to help newcomers get the most out of their first few classes, we also offer advanced level monthly workshops to help more seasoned students gain greater depth to their practice. These workshops are all complimentary.
