At times, it also leads to injury, pain or just simply discomfort. Yoga Balance helps you to create symmetry throughout the body by training you to be strong, flexible and balanced. It also finds equilibrium between the urge to push, control and be assertive with the impulse to yield, submit and be passive. Includes asana practice, concentration and meditation technique. Rana
|
Pankaj Rana is originally from New Delhi in India, and has been practising yoga since childhood. From his earliest youth, he was drawn to yoga, led by the example of the deep yoga practice and simple lifestyle of his elder brother, a yoga teacher. When Pankaj Rana started studying yoga himself, he always made time for extra study in his own time, finding that yoga gave him satisfaction and peace of mind. He also discovered he enjoyed reading books about yoga, to help him in his own practice. After finishing his studies, he went to the state of Kerala in southwest India and join a world-famous yoga school, the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. At the school, he gained a great depth of knowledge about hatha yoga, pranayama, and deep meditation techniques. He feels hatha yoga helps practitioners achieve the perfect balance between mind and body, while breathing exercises give him inner happiness. After completing his yoga studies, he went back to his home town to share his experience with other people. In 2006, he came to China, and has been striving to help people to learn yoga in cities such as Wuhan, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen. The language barrier was hard to surmount at first, but he has found it a rewarding experience to teach in China. Besides teaching and practising yoga, Pankaj Raja says he loves to make new friends.
