| | Class description: | Bollywood is the informal name given to the popular Mumbai-based Hindi language film industry in India. It is at the root of every great Indian cinematic production. Over the years, the scale and diversity of these films have increased unanimously. Today, Bollywood films are not only adored in India, but they are renowned and sought after all over the world.
Bollywood dance is a vibrant and entertaining dance that focuses on technique, fitness and flexibility. It embraces various dance styles from Indian classical to Indian folk and even draws on Western genres.

Sridhar
|
Sridhar was born in Hyderabad, India as the second of 4 children in a family of artistes. His dad was a renowned rhythmist and music director. His siblings are masters of their chosen form. Sridhar graduated from a performing arts college, specialising in dance. He then went on to act in drama serials and Telegu movies. At the same time, he performed and taught dance in schools and organisations - and hasn't looked back since. His experience in teaching since 1992 covers various forms of Indian Dance including Bollywood.
