After coming to Hong Kong in April 2003 for her work in commercial property, Cassie relied on her yoga practice more than ever as a way to quiet an agitated mind and find stillness in the frantic pace of the corporate girl's lifestyle. Discovering this together with so much more, Cassie has been inspired to bring yoga to others in need of some peace in their lives.
