Class description:Vinyasa translates as flow with breath. There are several traditions that loosely fit into the vinyasa category. Postures are linked in a flow and provide some aerobic components while improving strength and coordination. Yoga experience and knowledge of basic postures is recommended.

Cynthia
Originally from San Francisco, Cynthia has been living in Asia for several years. She began practicing yoga as a form of exercise while living in Shanghai. Over time, her relationship with yoga grew into a much more meaningful connection that touched upon many of her aspects of her life. She has completed a teacher training in Asthanga with Michel Besnard, and has studied extensively in the Anusara method with Patrick Creelman, Ross Rayburn, Sianna Sherman, and many other amazing teachers. She especially enjoys the anatomy and therapeutic aspects of yoga, and hopes that she can share some of that knowledge and experience with others.
