Vivian taught aerobics after graduating from college. But after taking Pure Yoga's teacher training course in 2007 and studying Universal Yoga with Andrey Lappa, she acquired some amazing experiences and discovered a brand new vision of her yoga practice. She believes that people nowadays are very pre-occupied, with minds like energetic monkeys and constantly changing. Through asana, pranayama and meditation, yoga practice helps calm things down.
"With the focus and awareness found in yoga, you can handle the trivial details of daily life. Therefore, asana is not just a practice on the yoga mat. It can also apply to our lives. Yoga brings us peace, calm and joy. I am forever appreciative of the inspiration given by my teacher Andrey Lappa."
