From the first yoga posture I had tried years ago, I became aware of my own "breathing" for the first time. It was like a silkworm getting rid of a cocoon and made me discover myself again. During the very 5 to 15 inhalations and exhalations, time and space freeze like a mirror; no judgment, no good or bad, no so-called right or wrong, there is simply pure observing of all the thoughts in mind. I face myself with sincerity and accept my status at the moment, and then go ahead toward a promising direction. I have taught Yoga for more than 4 years. I don't think I'm teaching because Yoga actually doesn't belong to anyone. I just try to share my learning experience with others and wish all the people to benefit the happiness and growth from Yoga practice.
