Class description:An intermediate level sequence of power yoga postures. This class introduces deeper postures, balancing postures, and inverted poses. A regular Power 1 practice is recommended prior to attending this class. Not for beginners.

Corey

Corey
Corey was born in Taiwan and lived in North America for over 20 years. He studied in the department of electrical engineering at Texas A&M University and completed his Bachelor of Science there. During this time, he was also devoted to various fitness activities and competitions. So much so that he obtained his fitness coach qualification and certification in nutrition. When he subsequently immigrated to Canada, he happened upon the start of his yoga journey and practised with Larry Shultz's student Jodie Neault for five months.
