Anusara 1
Anusara (a-nu-sar-a), means "flowing with Grace," or "following your heart". Founded by John Friend, Anusara Yoga is a powerful hatha yoga system that unifies a Tantric philosophy of intrinsic Goodness with Universal Principles of Alignment™. The practices seek to bring the body into an optimal state of being through balanced and dynamic action based on a universal guiding philosophy. Anusara 1 introduces students to the Universal Principles of Alignment™ by opening them to their own intuition and wisdom. Students learn the basic notions of alignment and form. Each class has a guiding theme.
