| Advanced |
This advanced asana practice gives students an opportunity to reach beyond level 2 classes. Students will explore a deeper asana experience and work towards more demanding postures. Previous level 2 yoga experience and solid understanding of asana is a must!

| Akhand Yog Asana |
A set traditional sequence from ancient Himalayan yoga practitioners of sun/moon asana techniques followed by meditation.
Akand means "no-break". The sequence is intended to cultivate the foundation for a lifelong practice. The postures work to promote overall health & vitality, purification of the nadis (energetic channels), and prepare the body for the deeper practice of pranayam & meditation.
Mixed level asana, all welcome.

| Ashtanga 1 |
The classical form of power yoga as taught in its traditional sequence. Combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Shortened Primary and Finishing sequences.

| Ashtanga 2 |
The classical form of power yoga as taught in its traditional sequence. Combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Ashtanga 2 completes the Primary and Finishing sequences. Students must have previous Ashtanga or Power Yoga experience.

| Beginners' Workshop: Basic Asana |
Learn the basic foundation and key principle alignment of the asana in the following categories: Standing, Seated and Twist, Forward Bends, Backbends, Arm Balances, Inversions. Once grounded with the principle, you’ll be able to practise with safe alignment and correct techniques.

| Beginners' Workshop: Integration |
Get a review and overall integration of the sun salutation and basic asana practice with an emphasis on the big picture of why we practise yoga. You’ll also learn the importance of Savasana, and the foundation of pranayama and meditation.

Build a firm foundation through the basics of Sun Salutation. You’ll explore and learn the key alignment and techniques for each asana in the series, and the essential elements to link postures together in a fluid, dynamic movement.

It began as a folk dance conducted by farmers to celebrate the coming of spring, or Vaisakhi. Today, bhangra resonates in different forms and styles all over the globe – including pop music and film soundtracks. The moves are uniquely traditional. Learn energetic dance moves that will help you to shift those extra pounds and stay trim. The catchy dhol (drum) beats in this lively folk dance will get your hips shaking, arms moving, and feet stomping!

| Bhangra Funk |
Bhangra is the folk music of the Punjab - the North Indian state. It’s very fast and rhythmic with a very festive feel to it. The recent trend of music globally is to fuse Punjabi Bhangra with hip hop, jazz and pop music – this class is the dance based on a combination of these new music genres resulting in high-speed, trendy choreography that will have your feet moving non-stop. Sweat it out with rapid-paced fun!

Bollywood dance is a vibrant and entertaining dance that focuses on technique, fitness and flexibility. It embraces various dance styles from Indian classical to Indian folk and even draws on Western genres.

| Bollywood Fusion Dance |
Bollywood fusion dance today combines traditional Indian styles with the choreography of Western forms such as modern, jazz, and hip-hop. In the 1980s and 1990s, Western music videos reached India and choreographers of Indian films adapted many moves from the Western artists in these MTVs .
Timing and rhythm, energy, and sharp, controlled expressive movements are the ingredients to becoming a Bollywood dancer! This lively form of dance encourages movement in all parts of the body to provide a complete workout. It’s great fun, a great workout and great for relieving stress!

| Garba/Raas & Dhandiya (Stick Dance) |
Garba and Raas, originating from Gujarat, are two of the most social and energetic traditional dance forms alive. The gracefulness, circular movement and quick pace of garba will help you become a more flexible dancer, while giving you an enjoyable upbeat workout. Raas, also known as the ‘stick dancer’, is slightly more complex than garba and is always done in pairs – which will make you a better partner on any dance floor!

| Hatha 1 |
A standard, all levels class. Excellent conditioning for the body, breath and mind. Ideal for beginners.

| Hatha 2 |
Intermediate level class. Building on the basic postures introduced in Hatha 1. Excellent conditioning for the body, breath and mind. A regular Hatha 1 practice is recommended prior to attending this class. Not for beginners.

| Hatha 3 |
An advanced level Hatha class that takes you beyond the Hatha 2 intermediate postures. Students will be challenged with advanced twists, inversions, backbends and arm balances to increase internal strength and create deeper openings in the body.

| Hot Classic |
The in-class temperature may be as high as 41ºC. In this hot and steamy environment, students perform a set sequence of static poses designed to strengthen & stretch the body, providing deep healing from the inside out. Ideal for beginners.

| Hot Hatha 1 |
A standard Hatha class taught in a heated room. Excellent conditioning for the body, breath, and mind. Ideal for beginners.

Intermediate level class. Building on the basic postures introduced in Hot Hatha 1. Excellent conditioning for the body, breath and mind. A regular Hot Hatha 1 practice is recommended prior to attending this class. Not for beginners.

| Hot Vinyasa 1 |
This is a Vinyasa class taught in a heated room. The heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat while you flow through a dynamic sequence of postures following your breath. Yoga experience and knowledge of basic postures is recommended.

| Hot Vinyasa 2 |
This is an intermediate vinyasa class taught in a heated room. The heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat while you flow through a dynamic sequence of postures following your breath. A regular Hot Flow practice is recommended prior to attending this class. Not for beginners.

| Indian Dance |
One-hour class with Semi-Classical choreography that is graceful, animated and artistic. This type of dance involves lots of hand gestures, eye and neck movements, which helps to improve co-ordination.

| Kids Yoga |
This class is a time to align the young and creative minds of our kids with some fun and powerful yogic techniques to focus the mind and build co-ordination. Basic poses are learned in a very playful environment to maintain our natural flexibility and to learn how to enjoy it!Ideal for ages 4-7

| KIRTAN: Yoga for the Heart |
Kirtan is a Bhakti Yoga practice of chanting Sanskrit mantras with music. Mantras carry sound vibrations that have a powerful healing effect on all levels of our being. Chanting Kirtan is like an active, effortless meditation that helps you dissolve thoughts, getting you out of your thinking mind and into the feeling heart space. Wonderful for stress release, mental relaxation, creating peace and calm within, cultivating joy and bliss - and enjoying a rather different kind of fun night out! All welcome!

| Kundalini Yoga |
Kundalini Yoga is a fast, effective and efficient practice that allows one to feel centred, happy and energised in as little as 3 minutes\’ time. Its dynamic blend of breathing, movement, postures, meditation, mantras, mudras and relaxation enable you to look great, feel great, relax, enjoy life and live in grace and gratitude. | Mums and Babes |
This yoga class is a good opportunity for all mums to ease back into their practice without having to leave their precious little treasures behind.
Aimed at reclaiming the core strength, promoting good circulation for health and healing after delivery, this class is also a time for mums to enjoy with friends. Exercises are kept simple and easy. For mums, various exercises will promote good circulation through stretches and strength building movements, plus calming the mind with deep breathing. For babies, gentle play, massage and special exercises will encourage sleep, relieve colic and instil calmness. Ideal for babies 2-12 months.

| Mysore |
The traditional method by which Ashtanga Yoga is taught in Mysore, South India. Students are individually and gradually taught the Primary Series of Ashtanga until they are able to practice the sequence from memory. When Primary Series is complete, Intermediate Series then follows. Class is open to anyone interested in learning this method. Students may arrive anytime within the first hour of the class.

This group meditation class is offered for students of all practice levels who are interested in more fully integrating their yogic transformation. Conscious relaxation through breath awareness is the goal. All welcome!

| Restorative Yoga |
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing way of practising yoga. With the use of yoga props such as belts, blocks, blankets, bolsters and chairs, the student is able to achieve the form of the yoga pose without using much muscular strength. This enables the student to hold poses for a greater length of time and facilitates a deep release. Restorative yoga helps to soothe the nervous system, and calm and focus the mind. It is great for remedying jet lag, injuries and onset of cold or flu. It is also a beneficial way to practise yoga during the menstrual cycle or to help counteract the effects of a busy stressful lifestyle. Ideal for beginners.

| Satsang |
(Sanskrit definition: sat = true, sanga = company) Satsang follows in the Jnana Yoga tradition, the yoga of knowledge. Satsang is a gathering of like minds, students & teachers, coming together to discuss all things Yoga. The gathering consists of listening to, talking about, and assimilating the depths of Yoga in all its many forms - including everything from ancient texts to the latest developments in quantum physics. During a satsang, participants are encouraged to ask questions, share their experiences, and delve into how yoga impacts life in the modern world. Satsangs may contain elements like lectures, films, meditations, pranayamas, and chants. It's a great opportunity to join and build the yoga community. All welcome!

| Tibetan Heart Yoga |
Tibetan Heart Yoga is a practice where we work from the inside and the outside. We work from the inside with our thoughts, and the outside with our pranayama (breathing), asana (posture), and ethical practices. We learn how to practise our yoga on the mat, and perfect our yoga off the mat. Tibetan Heart Yoga is a unique style of practising Yoga that continues a lineage derived from Lord Naropa, a yogi who lived about 1100 AD.

Tollywood and kollywood dance are dance forms from the Southern region of India. The instruments used in these music genres are totally different from Bollywood. This type of dance incorporates a powerful combination of cardiovascular moves, fantastic for building stamina in the heart and lungs!

A system of yoga that uses essential Yogic rules and laws to shift individual consciousness. This style of yoga combines asana, vinyasa, pranayama, mantra, and yantra through multi-dimensional space. The focus is balanced consciousness on multiple layers – body, mind, and energy. This is a mixed-level class suitable for practitioners in good health and with some prior yoga experience.

Turn your world upside down! This workshop-based class helps students to explore and improve their inverted poses. The class will focus on alignment and techniques for headstand, handstand, forearmstand and shoulderstand. A regular Level 2 practice is recommended prior to attending this class. Not for beginners.

| Vinyasa 1 |
Vinyasa translates as flow with breath. There are several traditions that loosely fit into the vinyasa category. Postures are linked in a flow and provide some aerobic components while improving strength and coordination. Yoga experience and knowledge of basic postures is recommended.

| Vinyasa 2 |
An intermediate level sequence of Vinyasa yoga postures. This class introduces deeper postures, balancing postures, and inverted poses. A regular Vinyasa 1 practice is recommended prior to attending this class. Not for beginners.

| Wild Lotus |
Advanced practitioners.The anusara-inspired class is the most advanced practice of the week. Be prepared to walk into wild, uncharted lands within your own practice. Students should be able to perform urdhva danurasana (wheel pose) with straight arms, and kick into handstand against the wall without assistance. Not for beginners.

| Yin |
Exploring the body’s subtle energies with long, deep stretching that focuses on the connective tissues of the body, and cultivates a peaceful and meditative mind.
Ideal for all levels.

This class blends the elements of yin & hatha yoga. The class begins with basic asana to promote circulation (prana/energy), then shifts to deep, long, holding poses to affect the connective tissues of the body, and cultivate a peaceful and meditative mind. Ideal for all levels.

| Yoga Basics |
An introduction to the fundamentals of yoga with an explanation of the postures combined with correct breathing techniques. Class is conducted at a more relaxed pace where students are encouraged to ask questions. Ideal for beginners.

| Yoga Core |
Yoga core is a movement system that promotes "core stability", which enhances spinal and pelvic awareness to protect the spine against injury and promote good posture. Excellent for strengthening, lengthening and balancing the musculature of the body, helping to bring about balance in the whole being.

| Yoga Dance |
With ecstatic movement we can learn to express ourselves more fully. This class incorporates traditional yogic mudras, choreographed dance moves and music into a fun, invigorating practice. All are welcome!

| Yoga Nidra |
Psychic sleep – deep relaxation is the core focus of this session. Stretch out, release tension and stress from the body-mind complex. Ideal for beginners.
