Learning how yoga changed the life of supermodel Christy Turlington propelled Dagge to find out how this ancient system, several thousands of years old, survived and evolved through the passage of time.
Her first yoga class was a wonderful experience in which practising the asana brought her much joy and fun. As her passion for yoga grew over the years, Dagge took a one-month teacher training with Swami Vivekananda Yoga Reserach Foundation under the encouragement of her teacher Shanta.
She started teaching 3 years ago and finds it very fulfilling to share the good seeds of yoga that have enriched and improved the lives of her students. She loves that everyone progresses, explores and learns from each other, and that laughter and joy always fill the room during her class.
Dagge finds the learning path of yoga endless, having attended many workshops conducted by great teachers like Rodney Yee, Lancer Schuller, Anna Forrest, David Swenson, Aadil Palkhivala etc. and intensive teacher training with Shiva Rea. She feels blessed to have met all the teachers in her yoga journey and expresses heartfelt gratitude to them all, each having inspired her in their own unique way.
For Dagge, yoga is part of life -- helping us to be calm and live skillfully in this world, changing and improving all relationships, creating a joyful, harmonious and meaningful place to live.
