Cancellation Policy
Termination during Agreement period
1. From the date of signing this Agreement, subject to the following Conditions, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and retrieve the full amount you have paid：
a. Under the Condition that you have not used any of the equipment and facilities of Pure within seven (7) days after signing this Agreement.
b. Under the Condition that the package commencements date has not yet been reached.
Article 19 and Article 19-1 of the Consumer Protection Law shall also apply if the purchase was by a mail order or door-to-door sale.
The cancellation of this Agreement will not take effect until a signed cancellation notice is delivered to Pure within seven (7) days after signing this Agreement or before the package commencement date. If you have used the equipment and facilities of Pure during the period as mentioned above and would like to cancel this Agreement, the actual used Sessions will be charged at a non member single Session price of NT$1,000.
2. According to the guideline issued by NCPFS, if you wish to terminate during the contract period, your last instalment payable to Pure will be calculated as the fixed standard Monthly Fee multiplied by the number of months starting from the beginning of the contract and concluding on the day of termination. The last instalment is in addition to what has already been paid on the contract. (If the period is less than fifteen (15) days, it will be counted as half a month. If the period is over fifteen (15) days, it will be counted as one (1) full month). The cancellation of the contract will be effective on the date when Pure received the signed Termination Form.
3. If your request to terminate this Agreement is given less than seven (7) working days prior to the next scheduled autopay date, then you will be charged with one (1) month's Monthly Fee which is non-refundable and your rights and privileges under this Agreement shall expire two (2) months after the last autopay deduction.
4. If this Agreement is terminated for reasons attributable to your breach (e.g. reasons set forth in B.1, G.1(a) , G.1(b)), except for the refund stipulated in G.2(b), you shall compensate Pure pursuant to the relevant Terms of this Agreement. Pure may offset the compensation with the refund fees and refund the remaining balance. (Please refer to Agreement back “Terms and Conditions for B.1, G.1(a), G.1(b), and G.2(b))
5. If you hold a Prepaid Package, you may renew your membership prior to the expiration of your membership or within three (3) months thereafter pursuant to the discount rates available to the different kinds of classes.
6. Pure’s consent must be obtained to transfer the Pure Card and Pure may charge a transfer fee of NT$1,500.
7. All gifts or service given by Pure are gratuitous. There is no obligation to return such gifts to Pure upon termination of this Agreement.
8. The abovementioned termination clause was drafted in accordance with the relevant explanations as provided in the “Guidelines” issued by NCPFS and the Consumer Protection Law.
