SUSPENSION POLICY
1. Members holding a Month-to-Month Package, Prepaid Package or Monthly Committed Autopay may only suspend the use of Pure facilities and extend the membership without incurring any additional fee, subject to the following conditions (suspension periods to be calculated in monthly intervals):
a. Members planning to travel abroad for more than two (2) months may suspend their memberships provided that the suspension period shall not exceed a period of six (6) months. Proof of travel (certificate of entry and exit) will be required as supporting document. However, members who travel abroad for less than two (2) months or more than six (6) months are required to pay an administrative charge of NT$800 per month. This Clause does not apply to members intending to use Pure’s facilities abroad.
b. Members unable to engage in physical exercise or yoga due to injuries or illness. (Documentation of such injury or illness issued by legally certified and recognised hospitals or other medical institutions is required)
c. Members who are pregnant or nurturing newborn infants (Newborn infants refer to children under the age of six (6) months; supporting documentation is required)
d. Members who are unable to enjoy Pure facilities due to military conscription (Certificate issued by the relevant military authority is required)
e. This Clause does not apply to members who relocate for work purposes within a radius of ten (10) km and have access to the facilities of Pure’s other branches without incurring additional fees.
f. Pure will accept applications for suspension only if all relevant supporting documentation is submitted with the application.
2. In the absence of any of the conditions stipulated above, Pure memberships may be suspended with a monthly administrative charge to the member. Members holding a Month-to-Month Package or Monthly Committed Autopay hereby agree that the administrative charge of NT$800 per month will be charged via monthly autopay during the suspension periods as approved by Pure. Members must apply at least seven (7) working days prior to the next scheduled autopay date. Members holding a Prepaid Package are required to pay the administrative charge when submitting the suspension application.
