Many of us have a sense of peace and lightness after a yoga practice. However, the sense of peace can easily slip away as soon as we return to our daily lives. Yoga is a form of practice to help us feel good with our lives, not just to feel good on our mats. Unfortunately, this is easier said than done.

This mindfulness retreat is a well-rounded programme in which we will be learning ways to apply a meditative yoga practice into the way we walk, eat, sit, talk, listen, and much more. This retreat is a platform for us to expand our awareness off the mat, and continue to cultivate peace and happiness.

If you have been working hard all your life, finding it difficult to relax, sleep, concentrate, or you find yourself easily dominated by your habitual emotions, we welcome you to this retreat to learn about tools that help you take care of your body, your mind, and your life. Those who just want to have some quiet time away from busy city life will discover rejuvenation of mind and relaxation of body.
