Vagish

Vagish
Vagish has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 1988 and holds a bachelor's degree in Education in Yoga. A great deal of his devotion is rooted in his family, which is steeped in the tradition of Hatha Yoga. As such, Vagish's diverse areas of expertise include Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Psychology and Naturopathy (in which he holds a three-year diploma). Vagish has also written dissertations on Yoga Therapy for Physical Problems, Yogic Text for Mental Problems, and Diet for Different Types of Diseases. His style of teaching is relaxed with a gentle, peaceful manner.

Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor of Education in Yoga(One-year degree course)
Master of Arts in Hindi (Two-year language course)
Diploma in Naturopathy (Three-year course)
