|Ashly stepped into the world of yoga like many other students by starting with Asana. She has previously practiced with styles that only focus on stretching the body, and also Ashtanga Vinyasa by Sri K.Pattabhi Jois. To gain more knowledge, Ashly spent a month in Mysore. After that she started to practise Anusara Yoga which combines Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Ashly started to learn Universal Yoga founded by Andrey Lappa in 2010. She began to connect her body with the awareness through Asana practice, looked into her mind, learned how to meditate and listen to her inner guru.|
She continues to practise yoga and keep her mind open to explore the world of yoga. She understands that our body is closely connected to the world. Ashly guides students through a practice that increases their awareness of the body and mind. She believes yoga practice can lead to positive changes in our life and help our body and the universe to reach harmony.
She is forever grateful to all the gurus in different phases of her life. Namasté.
