|In the spring of 2001, Rachel stumbled into the world of yoga by chance. Since then, yoga has remained with her through the years and in the beginning of 2004, she began to share what she had learned with others.|
Ashtanga practice has given her a stronger body and a firmer, more positive way of thinking. Yoga has rewarded Rachel with more than she could have wished for or imagined. For this, she is thankful to those who initiated her into yoga, as well as to her fellow students - with whom she has practised and from whom she has received boundless encouragement.
Rachel feels fortunate enough to have had more and more opportunities to learn from world-class yogis, to share in their energy and experience other forms of yoga. She hopes she can help more people learn about the benefits of yoga.
