Daniel
|
Daniel was not good at sport when he was young. By chance he was introduced to yoga and found a wonderful place in his personal practice, without competition and comparison. His physique became more developed, his breath got longer and deeper and he was more conscious about his body.
Daniel cites Ashtanga as one of his favourite practices and admires this ancient science. Although it's difficult and hard, he enjoys the different journey and conversation he engages his body in with each practice. Daniel has studied with Paul Dallaghan and Neil Barker, and has learned traditional Ashtanga with Sharath Jois in Mysore, India. He now practises Mysore with T.J.
"I believe everyone can obtain his/her own understanding in simple practice. As long as the practice is with the focus on breath and is flowing, it is an extraordinary practice."
