|Specializing in Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Psychology and Yoga Therapy. I have started my yoga training in 1992 under the guidance of my Uncle Dr,Guruji Basavaraj Hadagali, the Founder of Shree Krishna Yoga Center, Karnataka (India). I have also certified under Karnataka University Dharwad in 2001 for 1 year course P.G.Diploma in Yoga Studies.|
I have nearly more than 11 years teaching experience in India as well as 5 years in Hong Kong. After my Commerce degree in 1999 I went to Dharwad for my higher studies. I had taken admission for Diploma in Computer Software. And also I had taken Diploma in Yoga Studies (for Hostel purpose), my intension was not be a Full time Yoga Teacher. But later on I was more enthusiasm to learn and know about Yoga life, Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Psychology. Before in my yoga center I used to scare to do more Yoga Postures and Kriya Yoga. But I had really most impressed by My uncle Basavaraj Hadagali and head of the Yoga Department Dr.Ishwar.V. Basavaraddi (Now The Director of Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi - India). After my Yoga course I never look back and think about the other courses, because I fully involved developed my Yoga Life and Yoga Teaching.
After my Yoga course I joined some District Level and State Level Yogasana Competitions in my Karnataka State and won several prizes. But my highest achievement in Yoga competitions is that, I had selected 3 times (2001 to 2003) selected as Yoga University Blue to participate for All India Inter University Competitions. These competitions also give more strength to my mind to be a Full Time Yoga Instructor.
"Yoga is not a length of Life, but its depth of Life". You just do it, result will be their definitely, but we just need to wait for right time. It also changes your mind and lifestyle, because it changes mine.

|Practise, practise and practise without expectations. When body and mind don't work properly, don't try to practise yoga. When you feel pain, just smile, say no problem (Mevanthi) and embrace the pain.
